Courieroo is a technology platform that only connects customers with independent, invite-only drivers for Costco runs. We are not a delivery service or employer. We do not process Customer–Driver payments.

1. Information We Collect

• Account info via Google Sign-In (name, email, profile photo) through Keycloak.
• Job details: shopping lists, delivery addresses, photos, notes, offer amounts (metadata only).
• Usage data, device info, and location when voluntarily provided.
• We do not collect card or bank details for Customer–Driver settlement (pay each other off-platform).

2. How We Use & Share Information

We use your data to operate the matching platform, facilitate jobs between matched users, send notifications, and improve the Service. Offer amounts are stored as job details—not as processed payments.

We share limited information only with the matched Driver or Customer (necessary contact and job details) and with essential infrastructure providers. We do not sell your data.

3. Your Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some data may be retained for legal or safety reasons related to completed jobs.

4. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable security measures. Data is retained as long as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.
